Returns:
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to reflect on your account.

Non-Refundable Items:

• Clearance/final sale items

• Opened or used personal items (e.g., fitness accessories or pet items for hygiene reasons)

Damaged or Wrong Items:
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos, and we’ll send a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
